I am a mixed media artist based in Cambridgeshire.
My current practice is informed by:
- my strong, and growing, ethical stance,
- my belief that creative expression is a vital tool for health and wellbeing,
- my passion for access to the arts for everyone and
- the role the arts can play in the community
The main focus of my current practice is collage and art journals. I have always worked with recycled/used materials and this too informs my practice and provides influence with strong contextual meaning.
I take inspiration from a wide range of themes and develop ideas and processes to form a visual vocabulary and narrative in my work.
